Head of SHE - Heavy Civils

To £90k + package

Preferably North West England (Yorkshire & Midlands also considered)

This leading and rapidly growing property services group is looking to add a Chartered SHE Lead to the infrastructure services part of its business.

They're looking for a passionate and driven SHE Leader who will inspire the SHE team, implementing a strong safety culture across operations whilst ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

Reporting into the Group SHE Director and the Head of Energy, the successful candidate will -

• Lead, develop, and mentor the SHEQ team
• Support operational teams nationwide
• Conduct site visits across the UK
• Work closely with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders

In order to be considered, applicants should satisfy the following criteria -

• CMIOSH - essential
• Have experience in heavy civils, ideally deep excavation and gas transmission
• 5 years' experience at a similar level
• Multi-site experience
• Experience managing a team of SHE professionals
• A full UK driving license - regular travel to be expected
