Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: East Devon
Salary: Competitive, circa GBP54,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse with a passion for providing outstanding care to elderly and dementia residents? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a fantastic care home in the East Devon area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a managerial role or further develop their clinical leadership within a supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the nursing home.
2. Lead and motivate a dedicated team of nursing and care staff.
3. Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring all their needs are met with compassion and respect.
4. Promote a positive and safe environment for both staff and residents.
5. Oversee care plans, medication management, and health assessments for all residents.
6. Ensure the nursing home meets all regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
7. Play a key role in staff development, training, and performance management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Previous experience within an elderly/dementia nursing home is preferable.
2. Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
3. Experience in a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse role would be advantageous.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
5. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
6. A passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents, particularly those with dementia.
7. A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care delivery.
