Organisation position and purpose
The CLA team sits within the Central Services Unit, part of the Research Services department. The Cleaning, Laundry & Autoclave (CLA) Operator reports to the Cleaning, Laundry & Autoclave Supervisor and works alongside 6 other operators. Responsibilities include housekeeping across the site, laboratory cleaning, disposal of laboratory waste, and laundering services for barrier systems.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Working Pattern – Full time 37 hours per week. Core hours are Mon – Thurs 08:45 – 17:15, Fri 08:30 – 16:30, but there can be flexibility.
