About the role
Balfour Beatty are looking for a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to join our Regional Buildings Team in the North Midlands. This role focuses on the post-construction phase, ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing standards are maintained while managing defect resolution and final project adjustments.
The role will include frequent travel to local projects and occasional UK wide travel, a company car will be provided and travel expense covered.
Operating across England and Wales, our Regional Buildings teams create places where people live, are cared for, work, learn, meet and have fun, with a focus on the aviation, health, defence, education and development sectors.
What you'll be doing
The HSW Advisor will support the Regional Buildings Team to drive HSW performance, ensuring efficient and effective advice and support to meet and where possible exceed operational requirements. The role will support the Head of HSW /Senior HSW Advisor to enable the projects to achieve Zero Harm objectives.
