Segal Placements is delighted to be instructed by a profitable and growing London Firm on the edge of the City who are keen to bring in a Head of Employment. This individual will act as the guiding force of a fully-functioning team comprising Senior, Mid and Junior Associates and a Paralegal.
The Firm currently undertakes significant amounts of work for their internal client base, including multiple mid-sized Corporates / SMEs, so there is likely to be some work to tap into. The successful candidate will have nurtured a small/mid-sized client base of their own throughout their career.
The individual may focus either more on contentious or non-contentious work, or it may be an even split; however, they ought to have largely worked on the defendant side.
This is a role that the Firm is keen to fill swiftly, and this hire has been mandated by those at the top. Pay will be competitive with potential to join full equity depending upon the metrics of that individual's practice.
