3. Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation to generate leads and engage audiences.
4. Brand Awareness & PR: Manage external agencies, drive PR initiatives, and craft compelling brand messages that position us as market leaders.
5. Event Management: Plan and execute trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events to showcase our expertise and innovations.
6. Budget & Performance Management: Oversee the marketing budget and use data-driven insights to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
7. Market & Competitor Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to shape our marketing strategies.
8. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
4. A creative and inspirational leader with strong team management skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
