The role involves developing and implementing liquidity-driven, latency-sensitive strategies and risk management systems. You'll work closely with our technology team, helping design systems to support your strategies. As the business grows, there may be opportunities for significant ownership of the desk.
The role is open to candidates worldwide, with remote work options. Requirement: Meaningful experience at a top-tier Market Maker.
This position is focused on analysis, optimization, and day-to-day management of trading strategies, with the potential to evolve into a Senior Trader role, where you will manage your own trading book.

We deploy quantitative strategies that extract high-barrier, technology-driven alpha from fragmented and hard-to-access digital asset markets, aiming to deliver asymmetric, non-directional, stable and uncorrelated value.
Our team developed cutting-edge trading and risk management infrastructures with a focus on safety, performance, data scalability and fault-tolerance.
Our distinctive expertise is capital preservation. Our commitment to disciplined risk management, advanced investment strategies, and robust infrastructure allows us to navigate the complexities of digital asset markets.
