Job Title: Industrial Solution Architect - All Genders

Our team is responsible for defining the high-level vision and roadmaps in terms of solutions architectures, ensuring proper implementation, maintaining interoperability, and consistency of the business processes and technical solutions.

We collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and architect scalable and robust solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the pharmaceutical industry.

• Lead the design and implementation of shopfloor solutions, ensuring they align with architecture strategy and governance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to understand and address functional and technical requirements
• Simplify existing architecture, deliver reusable services, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business processes and are operable. Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, set strategic direction, choose technologies, and establish domain standards

Experience

• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure components (cloud and on-premises) and their interactions
• Proficient in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks, ensuring solutions are secure by design
• Knowledgeable in network architecture and leveraging appropriate network services
• Familiar with manufacturing business processes and relevant solutions, including SAP, MES, WMS, IoT, and data management solutions
• Capable of understanding, challenging, and extrapolating business requirements to build scalable solutions for multi-GBU use cases
