Your main missions:
- Provide corrective TMA:
• Responsible for reporting and resolving incidents related to ecommerce Europe.
• Prioritizes corrections or business changes in dedicated release slots related to the business and according to the criticality of the incidents.
• Coordinates advancement with the global e-commerce team.
• Regularly communicates ticket and production status to business.
• Guarantees fulfillment of orders:
o Monitoring of daily orders.
o Incident handling.
• Monitors site availability and performance via Dynatrace weekly reports available.
• Escalates to global team through Service Now ticket periods where availability rates and performance times are below acceptable thresholds by eBusiness business teams.
• Makes technical and process recommendations for sustainable incident resolution. - Ensure scalable TMA:
• Gathering needs and writing functional specifications.
• Shares specifications to determine feasibility and schedule.
• Ensures the progress and consideration of changes by the teams in charge.
• Executes patch acceptance and validation.
• Participates in the recipe/as well as test documentation for everything related to.
• Actively contributes to solution improvement by being proactive with IT teams.
• Ensures to validate the deployment plan in production with validation of the teams involved. - Build knowledge base to anticipate future incidents:
• Performs procedures to correct repetitive incidents (price management, catalogue management, etc.).
• Researches and proposes solutions to continuously improve productivity, responsiveness, and production quality.
