KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and manage sales in a specific international market based on your language proficiency (English, German, or Spanish).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and partners.
3. Identify market-specific needs to offer tailor-made solutions.
4. Generate new business opportunities and close strategic deals.
5. Actively participate in defining and executing the international expansion strategy.
6. Gradually supervise a team and provide inspirational leadership.

REQUIRED PROFILE

MUST HAVE:

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in selling complex High-Tech systems (Auto-ID / RFID) in industries such as automotive, logistics, or retail.
2. Expertise in identifying client needs and building tailored solutions.
3. Intermediate French and one other European language (English, German, or Spanish, native preferred).
4. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced international environment.

1. In-depth knowledge of complex sales cycles and IoT technologies.
