We are looking for a Receptionist Manager with excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask. This role requires skills with managing guest relationships and delivering high standards of communication; both written and spoken.

What you will do :

• Being the central communication centre for the hotel.
• Collating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, answering telephones and general guest correspondence.
• Day to day tasks associated with room reservations ensuring exceptional experiences for our discerning guests.
• Administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the front office department and hotel.
• Account and quality control.
• Team management.

What you will bring :

• 3 / 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organise.
• A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Knowledge and experience OPERA Cloud (or similar).
