From ASTEK, we are looking for a SAP HCM PY Consultant to join the teams of one of our clients.

Your mission, if you accept it...

1. Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
2. Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
3. Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
4. Write clear functional specifications.
5. Support the business for change management.
6. Communicate clearly to the different key users and stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

1. Someone with a good attitude, desire to learn and work as a team.
2. Someone with a high level of English.
3. At least 4-5 full years of SAP experience, with experience in Italy PY.
4. Expert in organizational management, personal Administration modules.
5. Expert in Italy payroll – full scope.
6. Experienced in application maintenance, familiarized with SLA / KPI metrics.
7. Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
8. Availability to travel.
9. We value experience in other HCM modules.
