Technical Co-Founder (AI Expert)

Company Summary :

The project in question is currently at a Pre-Seed stage and is developing a platform focused on improving the way people learn by leveraging digitization and AI tools to offer students a more personalized approach which adapts lesson plans and curricula to each user's learning needs and abilities. Think of it as your own digital tutor who understands the time students are able to invest, as well as their respective learning curves and preferred methods, and creates an optimal learning plan accordingly.

The use of AI technology in this case is key as the platform will create individual learning paths, including course content and realistic case studies, whose main focus is ensuring the time the student spends on the platform is relevant and efficient to their final educational objectives. The tools will also count on a certain amount of gamification as well as a section which will display the student's progress to ensure they are able to gauge progress and keep motivated in an appealing and interactive manner.

Ideal Personal Background :

Given the stage the company is currently at, as well as the other members of the founding team, we are looking for a professional whom ideally counts on previous experience (co)founding other SaaS startups. This person will be leading the charge on all things technical and so will need to not only understand the problem the company is trying to solve but also be able to collaborate in the conception of the product and manage in its execution. They will need to be comfortable working at a high level but also rolling up their sleeves and building the platform itself. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their area of responsibility and communicates clearly and transparently with the rest of the founders to ensure total alignment between them.

Ideal Technical Background :

The ideal candidate will count on ample technical knowledge in the software development domain and will need to also have been an early adopter of AI and ML technologies. They will not only understand AI and ML but will also understand the process and have experience in scaling Software as a Service products.

Modality :

Though the team is open to remote collaboration, there is a preference for the candidate to be based near the Madrid area or to at least be open to travel to Madrid to meet with the rest of the team on a regular basis.
