Your mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling Accounting and Financial Reporting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial policies, local regulations, and reporting standards. This includes working closely with multiple key teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Key responsibilities include cost accounting, intercompany transactions, fixed assets management, balance sheet reconciliations, and HFM reporting.

Your day to day with us:

• Oversee cost accounting, inventory reconciliation, and re-adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Process accruals, reconcile accounts, and ensure transparent financial reporting.
• Deliver the corresponding reports, intercompany transactions, and compliance reports.
• Conduct cash flow analysis, monitor causes of change, and support AOP and P9F forecasting.
• Partner with local and offshore teams to ensure financial processes align with SLA and KPI standards.
• Adhere to PepsiCo’s financial policies, reporting guidelines, and GCS framework, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Optimize financial processes by monitoring service KPIs and driving efficiency in line with the local model.

What will you need to succeed?

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Control, Reporting or similar.
• Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Agile mindset, focused on continuous improvement and efficient problem-solving.
