Booster Juice is looking for a proactive and friendly Office Coordinator / Receptionist to be the face of our Edmonton corporate office. If you're a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, this full-time, in-person role is perfect for you!

Booster Juice is Canada's original juice and smoothie bar, serving up premium smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices, and delicious hot food items. With over 450 locations nationwide, we're committed to providing nutritious products our customers love. As we continue to expand, we need an energetic and forward-thinking Franchise Coordinator to help us grow the Booster Juice family!

What you'll do

1. Be the first point of contact! Greet employees and visitors with warmth and positivity.
2. Keep things running smoothly! Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls professionally and efficiently.
3. Support day-to-day office operations, including mailing, printing, scanning, filing, and more.
4. Coordinate courier shipments and ensure incoming and outgoing deliveries are tracked seamlessly.
5. Manage mail distribution and ensure all correspondence is handled promptly.
6. Schedule meetings and events, booking boardrooms and arranging catering as needed.
7. Maintain and update internal contact lists to keep communication streamlined.
8. Keep the reception area organized and stocked with essential office supplies.
9. Run occasional errands to support office needs.

What You Bring

1. Experience: 2+ years in a similar role.
2. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. People Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Attention to Detail: You catch the little things that others might miss.
5. Multitasking Pro: Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
