Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage employee onboarding/off boarding, including account creation, system setup, and data transfer.
- Configure and maintain network routing, switching, and firewalls for secure traffic flow.
- Set up and integrate desk phones with communication tools.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory for user management and access control.
- Ensure data security with regular backup management.
- Secure endpoints via Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Provide technical support for MacOS devices and printers.
- Regularly assess and update network security.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and technologies to meet business growth.
Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- 2-4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory management.
- Hands-on expertise in MacOS administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in backup solutions and disaster recovery.
- Familiar with security services like Microsoft Intune for device management and network security best practices.
Assets That Will Make You Stand Out:- Basic knowledge of Apple Business Manager for device management.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and services.
- MS 365 and Azure certifications are a plus.
