Job Title: Outside Sales Associate

Location: Remote with daily local travel (Must reside in Pennsylvania)

Salary: base + commission

Job Overview:

The Weaver Adjustment Group is looking to hire a Sales Associate to join our team and be a part of a fast-growing and exciting company.

After we generate many of the leads, we visit areas of devastation. We meet with home and business owners and explain our services and how we can help them navigate through their claim, restoring their life and receiving what they are entitled to.

We are looking for skilled individuals who only come along occasionally. You must be driven, aggressive, hardworking, self-sacrificing, attentive, and willing to put yourself in any position to help our clients. We are a team; this is a long-term relationship that allows you to grow, help others, and prosper in more ways than financially.

Incumbent must pass background check and be able to pass public adjuster licensing exam.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of communication and human interactions
• Able to manage themselves in high-pressure situations.
• Willing to work hard.
• Willing to travel daily.
• Wants to genuinely help people.
• Able to manage sales leads.
• 2 years outside sales experience preferred.
• 2 years cold calling experience preferred.
• Driver’s License required.

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed.
• Monday to Friday.
• Weekends as needed.
