What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
2. Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with various teams
3. Monitor and test data integrations between systems for consistency and accuracy
4. Work with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill integration requirements
5. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Proven expertise in data quality assurance and the ability to implement testing protocols
2. Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
3. Experience with data integration and ETL processes
