Job Summary
A Brief Overview
The Junior Application Administrator, Endpoint is responsible to assist with the delivery, management and promotion of enterprise desktop management technologies and supporting technologies. This position installs, codes, tests, debugs, updates, and maintains software applications. This position assists with the resolution of routine application design and maintenance problems. This position assesses, monitors, and reports on the level of application security, availability, and performance, and prepares documentation for system configuration records maintenance. This position also provides software troubleshooting and technical support to end users. The Administrator performs patching for Endpoint Management Infrastructure utilizing tools such as: Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Microsoft WSUS, Microsoft Defender ATP and Group Policy as well as assists with creating and maintaining stable and efficient endpoint images/builds, Microsoft Windows endpoint configuration, management, policy deployment and reporting of software and hardware, maintaining Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender ATP, SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Office 365 for the purpose of management of endpoint security and usage policies and standards. The position will support the enhancement of processes to existing services, ensuring the timely delivery of services and preparing documentation of system configurations, including related procedures.
The schedule for this position requires the incumbent to work frequent early mornings, evenings and weekends, according to program or area needs.
