For our ever-growing operation, we are looking for Press Machine Operators to join our teams.
After 3 months of training in our Training Department, you will be assigned to one of our production lines.
Developing your skills is our priority. Thanks to our continuing Learning & Development Program, you will acquire new skills on new products (e.g., jackets, pants, or gear). And it doesn't end there; you will have the opportunity to move up and why not, join our Warranty, Sample, Quality, Training Teams, or become one of our future Team Leaders.
This role is a full-time permanent (Monday - Friday) position located in New Westminster (Queensborough area).
Meet Your Future Team:
Under the supervision of a Production Supervisor, you’ll partner with 10-12 team members to meet all the quality and efficiency standards in pressing different products.

Compensation:
$18.50 - $20 an hour. The starting pay for factory skill-based workers is CAD$18.50 hourly at the time of this posting, with a reasonable estimated pay range of CAD$18.50 - $20.00 upon the completion of training. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
