The Purpose:

We are looking for a law student in the final years of study or a recent graduate to join our team in the Legal Department. This new member will have the opportunity to work in an in-house company, contributing to the legal and administrative routine, in addition to gaining practical experience in a dynamic and challenging corporate environment.

Your impact in this role:

• Assist in the preparation, review and organization of contracts and legal documents;
• Provide support in the management of documents and files of the department;
• Conduct legal and regulatory research, monitor legislative and regulatory updates relevant to the area;
• Provide support in the control of deadlines and progress of processes;
• Contribute to communication with external offices and other internal departments;
• Perform administrative activities related to the legal department.

What would make you a great fit:

• Recent graduate or last year of law school;
• With a keen interest in the areas of finance, fintech and payments, and a curious personality;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Spanish will be a plus;
• Previous experience in a legal internship or similar activities is desirable;
• Basic knowledge of Civil, Contract and/or Business Law will be a plus;
• Good organization, attention to detail and communication skills;
• Intermediate Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
