VINCI Highways won the BR-040 tolled highway concession in Brazil between Belo Horizonte and Cristalina. The 30-year concession contract includes the expansion, financing, operation and maintenance of the BR-040 highway in Brazil, connecting the cities of Cristalina, in the state of Goiás, and Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerias. The newly created company will have to be staffed with 650 employees before January 31st 2025.
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR (F/M) to lead this high-priority project, focusing on mass recruiting and integrating a large workforce in a short timeframe (around 650 employees before January 31st, 2025) while establishing robust HR processes for long-term growth (designing and implementing the local HR strategy to support the company's performance and growth).
Reporting: hierarchically to the CEO of the Concession Company and functionally to the HR Business Partner of VINCI Highways.
