Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Bartender Supervisor to oversee a team and ensure excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong interpersonal skills, and a service-focused personality. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
- Experience with inventory management and reporting discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Supervises a team of bartenders to ensure timely service to guests.
- Oversees weekly alcohol and liquor inventory and manages store requisitions.
- Develops new drinks and themes in collaboration with the bar manager.
- Cooperates with team members, kitchen stewarding, and cashiers.
Skills
- Supervises a team of bartenders and ensures the guests orders and requests are attended to in a timely manner
- Oversees the weekly alcohol and liquor inventory and prepares store requisitions / bar requisitions and reports any discrepancy to the manager
- Develops together with the bar manager new drinks and themes for the bar
- Works in close cooperation with all other team members of the bar as well as kitchen stewarding and cashiers.
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
