We are seeking a motivated Freelance technical recruiter with experience in the information technology (IT) sector. In today's fast-paced, candidate-driven market, the ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to staying current with the latest technological advancements that impact our IT hiring needs.

Objectives of this role:

• Recruit top-tier candidates for senior-level IT specialist positions at leading global companies.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure only the most qualified are presented to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine recruitment strategies, tailoring efforts to meet specific needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends to ensure candidates are evaluated against current standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical positions.
• Conduct interviews using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Stay current on emerging technological trends to engage in strategic discussions with clients about their future hiring needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in recruiting within the technology sector.
• Extensive experience with various interview platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate IT role requirements clearly.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in IT or technical recruiting.
