Overview of the Role:

As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, you will be at the forefront of the UAE’s electric mobility transformation. In this role, you will provide strategic expertise and strong leadership to the Corporate Sales team, adopting a proactive approach driven by in-depth market insights and competitor intelligence.

What You Will Do:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major fleet clients, while fostering continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop a high-performing, winning team culture.
Champion the Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility brand, driving the corporate sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, sustainable revenue growth, and long-term client partnerships.
Proactive detailed planning of new go-to-market strategies in different sectors and emirates, to establish new business avenues, and strive for market leadership in the industry.
Develop a strong relationship with key accounts across all fleet sub-channels to lock annual purchase plans.
Maintaining and cultivating the relationship with the B2B accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support.
Liaising with financial institutions to ensure funding options that support fleet sales are available as needed.
Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture.
Payment Collections.
Safeguard the profit margins.

Required Skills and Experience:
5 years of experience in the automotive industry, within a B2B environment, and 2–3 years of proven people management experience.
Established fleet customer network across the UAE, with strong, well-developed relationships with key decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience and solid understanding of new energy vehicles (NEVs), with technical knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and solutions.
Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
