Real Estate Manager vacancy with a leading retail operator in the Middle East to manage leasing and opening of a large portfolio of retail brands in the UAE.

Role description
The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for the retail property management of the organization which includes site selection, negotiation, budget analysis and store openings across the UAE. You will be working closely with the senior real estate manager and head of real estate to manage the leasing strategy by implementing specified codes and standards for the UAE region. You will maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders and mall leasing and management to ensure the property division has a sustained growth and strong delivery on the company's vision.

Who we're looking for
The real estate manager will have a bachelor in property management or commerce with at least 5 years in a similar role as a real estate manager. You will have strong negotiation and presentation skills backed with strong experience in the retail brand management sector managing international fashion of F&B brands. In addition, you will have strong leadership skills.
