OIA Properties is seeking an experienced Bilingual Telesales Specialist to join our team in Dubai! If you have a proven track record in telesales within real estate and are fluent in at least two languages, we want you to help us grow our business and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule property viewings for prospective clients
• Qualify and engage with leads through strategic conversations, understanding client needs
• Provide expert advice on property market trends and available listings
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into clients
• Work closely with the sales team to close deals and ensure a smooth client experience

What we’re looking for:

• Bilingual fluency in two languages (both spoken and written)
• Previous experience in telesales within the real estate industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
