A growing skincare brand is seeking a creative Facebook Ads Video Editor to transform video scripts into engaging ads. This role offers a base salary of $2,000 per month and bonuses of up to $2,000 based on ad performance. You will join a dynamic team of marketers and have the opportunity to advance to a management position. As a key player, you’ll enjoy a flexible work schedule and access to elite editing training, all while contributing to the mission of changing women’s lives through innovative skincare.

- 1+ years of experience editing direct response video ads.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Perfect English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video ads and long-form VSLs for skincare products.
- Work with feedback from a Creative Strategist to improve skills.
- Analyze video ad performance to create new variations.
- Constantly study high-performing videos to enhance your work.
