A media and gaming company in Dubai is seeking a Video Editor Intern to create engaging video content tailored for gaming audiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and have a strong command of Arabic and English. This role includes creating gameplay videos, managing post-production, and working closely with social media teams. We are seeking a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our ITP Gaming division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for video editing within the gaming industry. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone eager to grow their editing skills and help create content that resonates with a gaming audience.
ITP Gaming provides 360‑degree campaign management and execution across the GCC working with top global game publishers hardware providers non-endemic brands and influencers to bring the biggest gaming launches and initiatives to the region.
- Strong command of Arabic & English (writing and speaking)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or similar editing software
- Basic animation and motion graphics knowledge is a plus
- A passion for gaming and strong awareness of gaming content trends
- Understanding of social media platforms (particularly YouTube and Instagram)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Edit gameplay videos, trailers, social clips and recap content for YouTube and social media
- Implement best practices in video editing for YouTube (thumbnails, pacing, retention, etc.)
- Work with producers and content leads to bring creative briefs to life
- Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form clips for reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Participate in brainstorming and content ideation sessions
- Assist with podcast video editing and uploading
- Ensure brand guidelines and tone are consistently maintained in all outputs
- Coordinate closely with the social and editorial teams to align on publishing schedules
- Collaborate with the production team to manage post‑production timelines and deliverables
- Support the development of creative proposals and visual references when needed
- Analyse content performance on YouTube and other platforms to optimize future videos
- Stay updated with editing trends, platform updates and audience behaviours in the gaming space
