ICT Teacher - [IELTS Score 6.5 Arab National / Western National / Native Speakers only]

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate ICT Teacher for one of our private top international schools with multiple campuses in UAE. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned ICT instruction to students across diverse learning levels, fostering digital literacy, computational thinking, and technological innovation. This role is pivotal in preparing students for the digital future by integrating modern technology into pedagogical practices, promoting critical thinking, and encouraging creativity through hands‑on learning experiences. The teacher will also contribute to curriculum development, student assessment, and the continuous enhancement of ICT education standards. The position is open to Arab Nationals, Western Nationals, and Native English Speakers only, with a mandatory IELTS score of 6.5 or higher, a valid teaching license, and an ADEK appointment letter. The successful candidate will be a collaborative educator committed to student success and excellence in teaching.

• Deliver high‑quality ICT instruction aligned with national and international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or UAE national curriculum).
• Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate critical thinking, problem‑solving, and real‑world applications of technology.
• Utilize a range of digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, coding environments, multimedia software) to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and innovative classroom environment that encourages exploration, collaboration, and responsible digital citizenship.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross‑curricular projects, professional development, and school‑wide technology initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, pedagogical trends, and educational innovations in ICT.
• Participate in school events, parent‑teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
• Ensure compliance with ADEK standards and institutional policies regarding teaching, assessment, and student welfare.

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or recognised teaching diploma.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience teaching ICT at the secondary or high‑school level.
• IELTS score of 6.5 or above (mandatory).
• Valid teaching licence issued by a recognised authority (e.g., ADEK, UAE Ministry of Education, or equivalent).
• ADEK appointment letter (mandatory for employment).
• Strong classroom‑management skills and experience in diverse, multicultural learning environments.
• Proficiency in English language instruction and communication (essential for teaching and reporting).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning effectively.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and data‑driven instruction.
• Nationality: Arab National (preferred), Western National, or Native English Speaker only.
