- More Autonomy - Charter schools allow teachers more flexibility and room for creativity in instructional methods compared to the national curriculum.
- Career Development - The dynamic charter school environment provides opportunities to take on leadership roles, conduct research, and advance professionally.
- Multicultural Environment - Charter schools attract students and faculty from diverse cultural backgrounds, creating a vibrant teaching community.
- School Community - Small size and student diversity lends itself to building close‑knit school communities and strong relationships.
- Accountability for Results - Performance management is focused on student outcomes, driving teachers to hone their skills.
