Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee product production and ensure high-quality standards. This role involves managing materials and suppliers, optimizing production costs, and packaging for international shipping. Ideal candidates will have a background in production or operations management and possess strong quality control skills. This position offers a hybrid work model with several days in the office per week.

Klekktic is looking for a Production Manager to oversee product production, delivery timelines, quality control, and material cost optimization.
This job is ideal for an ex-factory manager and someone who has a deep passion for furniture and manufacturing for large scale projects as well as single pieces, new designs, prototyping and R&D of new and innovative materials.
- Manage end-to-end product production
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
- Manage materials, suppliers, and optimize production costs
- Oversee packaging and international shipping
- Experience in production or operations management
- Strong quality control and supplier management skills
- Familiar with international shipping and logistics, packaging optimization, customs clearance and etc
- Based in Sharjah (office presence a few days per week)
