Under the supervision of the Project Manager / Director, the .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the .NET framework and associated technologies.
• Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions including but not limited to VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, MVC, IIS, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Studio, and related IDE.
• Knowledge of relational database systems and MS SQL databases.
• Design, code, and test new Windows and Web Software applications.
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Evaluate system performance. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability.
• Create technical specifications, test plans, and report application specifics.
• Be well informed of technology trends.
• Consult with clients.
• Customize applications.
• Debug applications.
• Execute bug and performance tests.
• Follow standard guidelines.

Domain expertise: Food & Beverage / Retail / Hospitality. Finance domain expertise will provide an advantage.
