This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Dubai. The role also involves automating operational workflows and enhancing service delivery to meet business objectives.

• Experience in operations management, process optimization, and workflow automation
• Strong skills in handling payments, expenses, travel management, and insurance operations
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
• Analytical skills to assess procedures and recommend improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the technology or finance industry is a plus
