Sales in Law for Al Faisal Advocate

Languages: Arabic (advantage), English

Experience: 3 to 5 years in UAE sales experience

Note: Candidate must be available in UAE

• Maintaining the organization’s legal files and ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations.
• Bringing clients and cases for the company.
• Conducting own cases and assisting other employees and partners in negotiating terms, representing, and advising clients.
• Ensuring timely service provision and updating clients on progress and costs.
• Providing legal services professionally and adhering to the Solicitors Regulation Authority's professional conduct.
• Developing strategies to match and beat competition while providing the quality of service that clients require.
• Engaging with local communities, locals, and referrers to promote the firm.
• Providing correct, honest, and positive judgment at all times in the client’s best interests.

• Understanding of court legal procedures and government regulations.
• Ability to make effective decisions under critical conditions.
• A profound understanding of the English language and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to self-initiate and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy and the ability to operate common software packages.
• Ability to work well with others and build good relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• A law degree or Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
• Law Diploma.
