A global ingredients solutions provider is seeking an experienced HR Advisor based in Dubai. The role includes providing HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, managing employee relations issues, and advising employees on company policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers a hybrid working model and competitive salary.

The HR Advisor provides experienced first-line HR support to employees across the regional sites addressing HR queries across the employee lifecycle managing employee relations issues and guiding employees through HR policies and procedures. This role serves as a trusted resource within the company offering employees of our TMEA offices (whether they are working on-site hybrid and/or home-based) and their line managers knowledgeable advice and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Our current TMEA (Turkey Middle East & Africa) office locations include UAE Morocco Ivory Coast Kenya Egypt and Turkey. This role will be based in Dubai UAE.
