Job summary

A globally respected organization is hiring an Operations Assistant to support the Founder’s Office and Operations leadership in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in operational roles, with a keen eye for detail and coordination skills. About Our Client:

This role sits at the heart of a globally respected organisation that partners with leading names across design-led and infrastructure-driven projects. Known for its precision, discipline, and uncompromising quality standards, the environment is fast-paced, detail-driven, and execution-focused - where timelines matter and excellence is the baseline.

Role Overview

We are hiring an execution-focused Operations Assistant to support the Founder’s Office and Operations leadership. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

The position is based in Dubai. We are hiring candidates currently in India who are willing to relocate to Dubai after selection.

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Founder’s Office and Operations Manager in coordinating day-to-day operational activities and ongoing projects
  • Maintain and track project schedules, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution
  • Manage and organise inventory, ensuring materials are available as per operational and production requirements
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates, proactively identifying risks or delays
  • Assist in improving and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in operational meetings and contribute practical ideas for process and execution improvements
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and ownership
  • Maintain structured documentation, reports, and operational records
  • Adhere strictly to defined processes, procedures, and deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong coordination efficiency, responsiveness, and time-management discipline
  • Handle multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and problem-solving capability

  • Accuracy and reliability in reports and documentation

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles; exposure to creative, production, or manufacturing environments is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Clear and confident communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
