The Role

• Under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager and/or the Night Manager, provide efficient, personalized, courteous, and punctual service and practice up-selling techniques. Work with a team spirit to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with all Accor corporate and local Standards and ensure they are followed. Responsible for supervising front desk operations according to hotel standards.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

• Review and update Logbook
• Check equipment
• Maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition at all times
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Report regularly to Supervisors/Night Manager
• Monitor employee performance and coaching
• Fire and First Aid Procedures
• Handle guest complaints and report to manager
• Implement and coordinate the Accor Standards
• Attend training classes as per schedule
• Ensure proper grooming at all times
• Communicate daily activities and product knowledge of hotel facilities
• Ensure panic report is printed during the shift at least twice.

• Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and special requests.
• Register and process check-ins for all arrivals.
• Update and check guest information after check-in.
• Accountable for cashiering duties and foreign exchange transactions.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Resolve guest complaints and liaise with departments for follow-up.
• Handle guest room key cards and ensure guest security.
• Assist at the Information counter and Business center as assigned.
• File daily reception report and documents systematically.
• Attend briefings and take notes for follow-up.
• Focus on guests and maintain eye contact.

• Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture.
• Be familiar with hotel policies, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
• Respect and ensure respect for the hotel's commitments to sustainability.
• Safeguard confidential records and information.

Hotel Management Graduate

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Front Desk Operations.
Arabic Speaker preferred
