Sales Executive
Job description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients, showcasing the facilities, services, and unique offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings, events, and other services, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing, front office, and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests.
- Assist clients in planning events, including meetings, conferences, and weddings, by providing guidance on available services and options.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends to track performance against targets.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of hotel operations, services, and amenities, as well as market trends affecting the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, marketing strategies, and promotional tactics that drive business.
- Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
- Strong administrative skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
