Job summary
A global engineering and technology company seeks a Senior Engineer Construction (Mechanical) for their Fabrication Yard in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing fabrication activities and includes a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation for offshore projects. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 5 years in similar roles for mega EPC projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is compulsory.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience working in Fabrication Yard activities.
- At least 5 years of experience in Offshore Projects.
- Experience in a similar position for mega oil and gas EPC projects (over US$ 1 Billion).
Responsibilities
- Work in Abu Dhabi Office location and Fabrication Yard.
- Move to offshore site on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation as required.

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Sr Engineer Construction ( Mechanical) - Fabrication Yard for an offshore island project. The role requires you to be in Abu Dhabi Office location and fabrication yard and later move to offshore site on 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation (as required by Client).

- Minimum overall 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- Having experience working in Fabrication Yard activities.
- Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in Offshore Projects.
- Must have worked at least 5 years of experience in similar position for mega oil and gas EPC project (more than US$ 1 Billion).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a MUST.
