Job summary
A leading power and utilities operation in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Engineer Planning & Scheduling. This role involves developing maintenance schedules across power and desalination plants, optimizing labor utilization, and managing comprehensive records of equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, extensive experience in the power sector, and proficiency with CMMS systems like SAP. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in reliability-centered maintenance are essential. This position offers a pivotal opportunity to enhance operational excellence and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within power or utilities sectors.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems for asset and maintenance management.
- Experience in implementing reliability-centered maintenance and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules across power and desalination plants.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time.
