The AtkinsRalis Infrastructure Business is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Dubai, UAE office as a Junior Engineer - Dry Utilities. The successful candidate will support infrastructure multidisciplinary projects for clients in the GCC, including planning, designing, and engineering related to dry utilities networks, which may include power (MV/LV), substations, renewable energy resources, pumping stations, street lighting, telecommunications, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on large multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery.
• Support single and multidisciplinary discipline bids with a focus on winning strategies.
• Build relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
• Build and motivate a team, demonstrating good leadership qualities.
• Report on project performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture within the team.
• Assist in developing a motivated and high-performing team, creating development opportunities for individuals.
• Provide technical expertise on large engineering projects.
• Support design and budgeting, and drive projects from tender to delivery in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Enhance networking with internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A minimum of 13 years of experience in a similar role or project.
• Experience with a combination of the following skills is preferred: ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dialux, Softea, Revit/BIM.
• Excellent interpersonal, technical writing, and communication skills.
• General competencies include client service commitment, communication, innovation, professionalism, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to process documents electronically and physically, communicate clearly, and visit project sites if necessary.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
