Job summary
A construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive Site Engineer – Civil to oversee civil works on-site. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of UAE experience in high-rise or infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting on construction activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in site execution of high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings.
- Familiarity with local regulations and consultant coordination.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute civil structural and finishing work as per the approved drawing.
- Monitor site operations, determine work progress, and obtain required approvals.
- Prepare monthly/weekly progress reports and cost analysis.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance at the site.
