The Territory Account Manager will join a collaborative and supportive team within the Enterprise Sales division at Nutanix, Dubai, UAE. The team fosters a family-like culture where respect, communication, and mutual support are prioritized. Their mission is to manage key accounts and drive customer success in a competitive market, ensuring that clients receive optimal value from Nutanix's technology solutions. By leveraging each team member's expertise, the group works together to exceed revenue targets and build lasting relationships with clients.
You will report to the Enterprise Sales Lead, who emphasizes the importance of attitude and teamwork. The manager encourages an open environment where team members can raise issues and seek support, promoting a culture of collaboration and friendship. This role operates in a hybrid setup, allowing for flexibility, with the expectation that the new hire will spend several days in the office each week to facilitate effective teamwork and client engagement.
The accounts will primarily be managed within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The candidate can be based in either of these locations to effectively cover the key accounts in the UAE.
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however, certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
