Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting operations, vendor payments, invoice tracking, and reporting. You'll work closely with the core team to ensure smooth financial operations across purchasing, sales, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, bank, petty cash).
2. Handle vendor payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
3. Maintain records of purchases, GST, and TDS documentation.
4. Coordinate with external CA for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Track accounts payable and receivable.
6. Generate invoices and prepare reports in Excel.
7. Support internal inventory and cost tracking in collaboration with operations.
8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of experience in accounting roles (preferably in manufacturing, trading, or FMCG).
2. Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
3. Familiar with GST returns, TDS filings, and bank reconciliations.
4. Working knowledge of Tally software is required.
5. Good communication skills for coordination with suppliers, banks, and internal teams.
6. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Preferred Qualifications

1. B.Com or M.Com degree; semi-qualified CA or accounting diploma holders are also welcome.
2. Experience working in a product-based or inventory-heavy business.
3. Experience using Tally ERP for daily accounting and reports.
4. Familiarity with accounting for import/export transactions is a plus.
