We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead and execute internal communication strategies within a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This is a full-time, Abu Dhabi-based role, requiring fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across internal channels (email, intranet, town halls, newsletters, etc.).
Craft compelling content, including internal newsletters, memos, and leadership messages in both Arabic and English.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage internal campaigns, corporate initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Support leadership communications, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Plan and execute internal events and town halls to enhance employee engagement.
Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously optimize strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proven experience managing internal communication platforms and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in internal or corporate communications.
