We are working exclusively with an advertising agency to support with an Executive Assistant to support their CEO during an exciting expansion into the Dubai market. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-growing international advertising agency.

Location: Dubai

Working model: Hybrid work environment (2 days in-person - JLT, 3 days remote)

Salary: 15,000AED per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CEO's professional and personal schedules
• Handle day-to-day financial tasks
• Support business license and visa processes
• Assist with client communications and presentations
• Collaborate closely with the agency team

Requirements:

• We need a versatile, entrepreneurial professional
• Proven experience in Advertising, PR, Marketing, or Communications
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong financial oversight and bookkeeping capabilities
• A proactive approach to supporting business growth
