Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure high-quality service
- Manage and motivate a team of spa professionals
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance spa offerings
Qualifications:
- 5* hotel experience is preferred.
- Asst. Managers with 2-3 yrs.' experience is welcome to apply.
- Manager with 1 yr. experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of spa treatments and therapies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
