Job summary
A water treatment company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant. This role involves managing billing, collections, and payment tracking with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, strong invoicing skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential. This full-time position will ensure compliance with financial regulations and contractual agreements.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in construction or contracting.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue client invoices in coordination with the project teams.
- Monitor accounts receivable ledger for timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate billing records for compliance with agreements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
