Job summary
A global non-profit organization seeks an Accounts Payable Assistant to support the Finance function by ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices and expense reimbursements. The role requires strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and 5–7 years of experience in finance operations. The candidate must have a solid understanding of tax regulations in the Middle East and be adept in a multi-country finance environment. This position will be based in the UAE, specifically in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years' experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations in the Middle East.
- Advanced Excel skills essential for the role.
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review and process employee expense claims.
- Create and update supplier master data.
- Support cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
