Job Responsibilities
I. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base, increasing the client portfolio by 2-3 clients each month.
II. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on cloud computing best practices and technology trends.
III. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and product teams, to ensure client success and satisfaction with our cloud offerings.
IV. Presentations and Discussions: Lead client presentations and discussions to drive adoption and usage of cloud services, educate clients on new cloud-related products and services, and respond to client inquiries and requests.
V. Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction, and use this information to drive continuous improvement.
VI. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in marketing, and use this knowledge to drive new business and improve client engagement.
VII. Customer Success: Ensure client success by working closely with them to achieve their goals, address any issues or concerns, and help them maximise the value of their marketing investments.
VIII. Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
IX. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in client relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
