We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Content Creator for a fast‑growing U.S. company in the water filtration / home services industry.
This is a hands‑on creative and strategic role where you will plan, create, edit, and publish daily video content across Instagram and TikTok.
Your work will directly impact brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
You'll collaborate closely with the founder, internal marketing lead, and U.S.-based technicians to source content, organize shoots, build calendars, and execute a consistent creative strategy.
- Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Own the content calendar for Instagram + TikTok.
- Plan static posts weekly and reels daily.
- Collaborate with team members to identify high‑impact content ideas.
- Translate raw business insights into clear creative concepts.
- Content Creation
- Receive raw footage from U.S. teams and turn it into short‑form reels, static posts, and story content.
- Edit and refine content for clarity, pacing, branding, and performance.
- Ensure all content is optimized for engagement, trends, and platform best practices.
- Content Operations
- Coordinate with technicians, managers, and the marketing team to acquire needed footage.
- Provide clear direction on what to film and how.
- Maintain organized asset libraries across tools and drives.
- Creativity & Trend Execution
- Ideate new content angles based on business goals.
- Apply trend formats when relevant—but maintain a conversion‑focused approach.
